Project: Design and Production of Medals
Task:
The client decided to contact us since he has been following our work for a long time. It is necessary to make a design and a conceptual solution for the memorial medals. Also, a proposal of materials should be given, and the medals should finally be made.
Solution:
We were very happy with this task, as always when we are given the freedom to design a product from scratch. Since we use plexiglass a lot in our work, we decided to try to make a small step forward compared to standard metal or possibly wooden medals, and we played with different types and colors of plexiglass, putting together a mosaic of several layers to get a 3D effect. The final touch on making things "different" are the laces made of eco-leather. The task is done!
